We offer two slightly different styles of yoga classes at Alchemy in Motion.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga (75 minutes)
Our second style of yoga is vinyasa flow which synchronises flowing movements and positions with your breath. This class includes savasana (relaxation) at the end. Our Vinyasa Flow yoga is run by Charlotte Cleary.
Yoga Therapy (90 minutes)
Yoga Therapy will help you to move the way you were designed to move. This style of yoga uses traditional principles of yoga along with a modern understanding of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to relieve stress and promote recovery of injury and illness. Yoga Therapy classes will be carried out by Amie Taylor.
