From the time Jenita was very young, she has led an active, physical life. Her life's journey - from Irish dancer and teacher of Irish dance, to fitness instructor, to massage therapist, to Qigong practitioner and instructor - has been to explore the magic of the human body. The rhythm, the power, the co-ordination, stamina, skill, passion, focus and grace of the human body and mind perfectly meshed.
To complement her passion for the physical, she has studied and followed alternative health practices and philosophies for more than 20 years.
She is uniquely equipped to help others master their mind and body and to help them lead a meaningful, low stress life where they are comfortable in their own skin.
She does this through teaching simple Qigong movements and processes. She uses Qigong to achieve unity through tuning and training the mind with structured body movements.
Sharing this unique therapy, she now travels teaching others the form and philosophy of Qi life which incorporates ancient techniques designed in the Yuan Gong. The unique qualities of Qi life include improved health, behaviour and consciousness.
